Motorway Service Areas – Tranche 2

In July 2018, TII awarded the contract for the Tranche II Motorway Service Areas to Beech Hill Gateway Services DAC with Circle K as the shareholder. The contract consisted of the design, construction, operation and financing of two service areas to be located adjacent to the M6 motorway, approximately 9km to the east of Athlone, County Westmeath and adjacent to the M9 motorway, approximately 4.5km to the south of Kilcullen, County Kildare; and the fit-out, operation and maintenance of a service area located adjacent to the M11 motorway, approximately 10km to the north of Gorey, County Wexford. All three service areas entered into operations during 2019.
